Buying Vintex products
We don’t sell products or take payments on this website. The Vintex range is sold through Subbie Store. When you order there, Subbie Store handles your details under its own privacy policy, so please read it before you buy.
What we collect
This website has no forms, accounts or newsletter sign-ups, so we don’t ask you for any personal information here.
Like every website, it receives some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time of the request. Our hosting provider processes this to deliver the site to you, keep it secure and protect it from abuse. We don’t use this information to identify you, build a profile of you or show you advertising.
If you write to us, we’ll use your name, contact details and anything else you tell us to reply and deal with your enquiry.
Why we use it
UK data protection law says we need a lawful basis for using personal data. We rely on our legitimate interests in running a secure, working website and in answering the people who contact us. We only use your information in ways you would reasonably expect.

We don’t set cookies, and we don’t use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting it doesn’t send your details to font or image services.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information on our behalf and under our instructions. Cloudflare operates worldwide, so this information may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it is protected by safeguards approved under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
We don’t sell your personal data. We will only share it with anyone else if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Technical information is kept by our hosting provider only for as long as it needs it to deliver and protect the site, in line with its own retention policy. We don’t keep a separate copy. If you contact us, we keep your correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
